• Processing time refers to how long it takes us to create and prepare your order for shipment.
• Transit time refers to how long it typically takes for the carrier to deliver the package once it’s shipped.

For example, if the processing time for an item is 3-5 days, and the shipping method's transit time is 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date will be 5-9 days from the date of your order. If we complete your order earlier than expected, the estimated delivery date will be recalculated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and automated tracking information via email. You can also track your order directly on our website without needing to log in or create an account. Simply visit the tracking page and enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment.
